ENROLLMENT REPRESENTATIVE
. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Enrollment Representative to join our retail team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will be responsible for Customer Relations and point of sale. ​Key Responsibilities of the Customer Representative: ​Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maximize sales opportunities by promoting products and services, upselling, and cross-selling. Utilize point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory levels and assist with merchandising displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, and escalate issues to management as needed. Multitask effectively by performing various tasks simultaneously, including restocking merchandise, cleaning, and organizing the store. ​Requirements of the Customer Representative: ​ High school diploma or equivalent. No experience required but preferred experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Proficient in the use of point of sale systems and inventory management. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 LBS.
RETAIL TEAM MEMBER

Proficient in POS Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process transactions and provide efficient customer checkout experiences. On-Site Retail Presence: Be available on-site at retail locations throughout your shift, offering assistance to customers and maintaining a positive and active presence. Collaborative Team Player: Work well with fellow team members and management, willingly assisting with additional tasks as needed, fostering a harmonious work environment. Customer Relationship Building: Connect with customers from diverse backgrounds, creating positive relationships through genuine engagement and exceptional service. Sales and Goal-oriented: Utilize persuasive techniques, product knowledge, and closing skills to contribute to sales targets, driving revenue growth and success for the retail team.
SALES
ASSOCIATE
. SALES ASSOCIATE - THIS IS A FULL-TIME ON-SITE POSITION WORKING IN RETAIL. ​Job description: ​We leverage a scalable customer relations model & train our talented Sales Associates to prepare, launch, and optimize every product and service campaign in order to drive sales and increase customer awareness. We are a trusted customer acquisition partner for top-tier technology & telecommunication companies nationwide that appeal to the average consumer market, and they are seeking talented individuals to join our growing team! This role is not remote and is a face-to-face customer service & sales role. ​Enhancing the customer experience to build customer loyalty is the primary focus of all our client's campaigns. To this end, our resources and expertise are tailored to enhance knowledge about market dynamics and consumer engagement to drive sales productivity. Companies thrive as a result of our client's unique experiences and skills, and they are equally dedicated to treating their customers as their own. Again this is an in-person role working with customers in-store. ​As a Sales Associate, you will: ​Be Trained as "on the job" training paid hourly. Listen, understand, and take quick action to close sales. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved. Assist customers in selecting the products and services that best suit their technology and communications goals to close sales. Process store upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases and facilitates delivery and installation efficiently and effectively, and work on our POS system. Maintain excellent time management, professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple projects and responsibilities.
